It’ s the most important center of Val d’Arbia, the name comes from “Bonus Conventus” that is meeting people in a friendly place. Very important in the Middle Ages for the position in Francigena is historically remembered because here died the emperor Arrivo XVII.

The Province’s Capital, Siena, is a magnificent city of art with characteristic alleys, wards (rioni) and towers, artisan shops and buildings that make it a not-to-be-missed touristic destination for Italians and foreigners.

Montalcino is a hill town in Tuscany famous for its Brunello di Montalcino wine.
It’s a fabulous place to visit during your holidays. The hill-topped village has been in existence since the time of the Ancient Etruscans and the nearby Sant Antimo monastery was founded in the 8th century!

Pienza, City of Pope Pius II, who decided to fulfill the dream of the Ideal City and entrusted the project to architect Bernardo Rossellino. Also known for the incredible amount of local products of great quality such as the fabulous pecorino cheese and the intense olive oil.

Bagno Vignoni, medieval village well known for its thermal baths already existing in the Roman times, very unique with a number of ancient buildings surrounding the large pool at the Renaissance center of the square!

Montepulciano seems to have been positioned by a landscape painter and laid out by a designer of Renaissance opera sets. It has one of the most intact and architecturally unified historic centres of any Italian town: within its walls, apart from a few nips and tucks, no major building work has taken place since 1580.
